Parent Fee Payment Policy
The Finance Department is available to answer any questions you may have regarding your account. If you need to meet with the Finance Department, please call and schedule an appointment.
The equivalent of two weeks day care fees must be paid before service begins. This payment represents your deposit and the first week (5 days) of day care service. Mail all payments to:

Deposit
Parents are charged a deposit equal to one week’s day care fee. When the required two-week advance notice of termination is given, the deposit will be applied to the last week of day care service. If less than two weeks notice is given, the deposit is forfeited. The deposit is adjusted each time a parent’s fee changes due to reassessment, additional children enrolled, etc.
Payments are due in advance of day care provided. Payment is due no later than the Friday before scheduled care begins. Fees must be paid on time! Late payments will result in the termination of your day care service. A statement of your account will be mailed every 2 weeks.
We accept cash, checks, money orders and debit/credit cards.
Service Charge
A service charge of $22.50 will be billed to your account for each check returned for non-sufficient funds.
Holidays
You are responsible for payment the days your child is absent due to illness, vacation, etc. You are also responsible for payment for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Patriot’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and 2 Professional Development days.
When do I not pay?
You are not responsible for payment if your day care provider is not available due to illness, vacation, etc. and you do not request a substitute provider for that time. The agency will arrange a substitute provider for you, if requested.
